Have your tried aloha shoyu? That's less salty than kikomon.
Next time use Datu Puti soy sauce or Silver Swan soy sauce, not kikkoman since that is usually used on east asian and not so much on south east asian dishes.
For the vinegar, you may use white or cane vinegar.

you HAVE to make this No Bake Cheesecake that i found! everyone i know LOVES it!!!
Cream cheese filling:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened1 cup icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup whipped topping
Cream the icing sugar, and cream cheese together fold in vanilla and whipcream
Fruit filling (optional)
1 packages of frozen fruit of your choice1/3 cups water1 1/2-2 cups granulated sugar (or to taste. )
In a heavy saucepan put water, fruit and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes
1/2 cup of cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
Make this slurry in a separate bowl. Mix well and wisk into the fruit mixture. Bring fruit mixture to a simmer and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Once thickened place in a bowl and cool completely (You can also use canned pie filling. its just as good)
Crust:300 ml of gram cracker crumbs1/4 cup of melted butterMix well and press into pan, add the cream cheese mixture, refrigerate for 2-3 hours or freeze for 1 hour, add fruit topping and serve cold! its AMAZING! i love cheesecake and this is by far my favorite recipe.

I might be the only one who didn't know this but did you know there are slow cooker liners? So when you're done cooking you just throw out the liner and your slow cooker is super easy to clean! Revolutionizing lazy cooking! :)
