Hi Stephanie, I really appreciate Ur thoroughness of presentation. But this time I have a point of confusion: In Ur flour-less chocolate torte U said 1/4 t salt could be used instead of creme of tartar. However, here u said 1/4 t lemon juice instead of creme of tartar. So, which is it?

Hi Stephanie lovely video and I enjoy the ending too! One quick question: is it ok if I change the procedure a bit and beat the egg white first then egg yolk part? Thanks.

Hi Joy. Can I double or triple this recipe? I have a very large family. Most of the recipes on YouTube are way to small of an amount for us. Im always searching the net for large quantities of this or that recipe. This looks like a cake my daughters, sons, husband, grandkids..etc will enjoy after dinner. Thank You for this cake.
