just because she is not vegan doesn't she has to use milk and yogurt. She doesn't have to be vegan to use a healthier alternative. milk blocks absorption of vitamins and minerals. It also has growth hormones and fat. To make it creamy use a avocado and for sweetness use dates.
My issue was that it looks like she used whole milk and not 1% or skim lolol but honestly, I don't get why people are attacking her. Even if it was her choice to not be vegan, which it seems it wasn't, I don't think she should be getting attacked like this. It's just so extreme. :c

My smoothies have banana plus almond/soy milk with whatever other fruit I want and they are delicious, creamy and thick! I find when I used to eat dairy and add Greek yogurt it would give it a sour taste
