No diabetics will come if one keeps working like the grandma.

millet roti. the sound of the darkness itself giving me the feel of an old village house surrounded by trees..
Very healthy food. I like ur neatness..
I have to tell you just nailed it with this video! Excellent work! Two points really stand out. When your grandmother is scraping the coconut, you cut to the girls outside playing, yet you can still hear your grandmother scraping the coconut off in the distance – excellent. And at the end it is a really strong statement when you cut to the prepared food, sitting next to the fire and your daughter reaching for it, taking it to her dinner placemat and begins to eat. It really shows, cultural food traditions from start to completion within the family. Then you end focusing the fire and continued work. Boy you really did a great job and it shows!
