Larry, that was a super tip about the chicken. You may have been thinking of me struggling to free the stuck chicken in my egg foo yung video! LOL! I eventually figured it out; leave the chicken alone and it will free itself! This is yet another winning recipe that I have to try. It isn't very high in carbs, if one leaves out the rice, or substitutes riced cauliflower. It looks fantastic!!! Thanks for sharing this!
