I had to send away for the Spaghettoni and the Guanciale just could not find it in Edinburgh, but, it was all worth it I followed your recipe exactly and it has the most wonderful creamy taste and it is wonderful. Tried this recipé yesterday. It was fantastic. I used streaky bacon instead of pancetta. Really quick, simple, and delicious meal. It was done in 10 minutes.
